You'll notice that we're eating Chinese on the most Irish day of the year -- St. Patrick's Day! That's because we are celebrating my middle son's birthday that day and that is his request.
*Sausage & Cabbage Skillet, homemade applesauce, Irish Soda Bread
*Slow Cooker Roast Beef, carrots, mashed potatoes, strawberries
*Toasted Cheese Ravioli, garden salad, grapes, garlic bread
*Mexican Beans and Rice, pineapple, rolls
*Fish Fry (last time to volunteer!)
*We have a St. Patrick's Day party to go to (so everything green & Irish!)
*Chinese
Note: if the dish is highlighted, the recipe has been posted
