Parmesan Baked Potato Crisps

You just have to try this recipe!  It really is yummolicious!!  (Like my new word?!!)

4 potatoes, sliced thin (no need to peel them)
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Tablespoons Panko breadcrumbs
1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
seasoned salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.  Spray cookie sheet with oil spray.  In large bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil, breadcrumbs, cheese, paprika and garlic powder.  Spread out on cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake 25 - 30 minutes until tender and and a little crispy.  (The thinner the slices the crispier the potatoes!)

Servings:  6 if you really don't like potatoes, 4 or 3 or 2 if you really, really like them!!
