What's For Dinner

Now that my garden is starting to produce, you will start to see dishes on my weekly menu that include fresh herbs, vegetables and fruits.  Just last night, I used fresh cilantro and a jalapeno pepper in our burritos (Mmm Mmm good -- I'll share this recipe soon!). This week we'll be using cucumbers, zucchini, radishes, lettuce, squash, corn, etc.
Meatball Subs

*Meatball Subs, Garden Veggies, Bananas

*Roasted Vegetables & Pasta, Blueberries, Rolls

*BBQ Ribs, Cheesy Baked Potato Slices, Broccoli, Apples

*Seasoned Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Soup (not sure what kind to make yet!), Pickles, Fruit Cup

*Dinner Out (this time with family!)

*Slow Cooker Roast Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Corn, Peaches

*Leftovers
