Apple Blackberry Cobbler

5 cups apples peeled & sliced 1/4" thick
4 cups blackberries
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups flour
1/2 cup softened butter (5-10 seconds in microwave)
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place apples and blackberries in ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Stir together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples.

In large bowl, beat with mixer (on low) all the remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit mixture. Bake 40 to 50 minutes. Yield: 12 servings

Note:  if fruit is not too sweet, you may want to add a little more sugar.
