Peanuts contain more protein than any other nut.  They also have more folate, niacin and phytosterols than any other nut.

They are higher in antioxidants compared to grapes, green tea, spinach, tomatoes, Concord grape juice, carrots, broccoli, and others.

Peanut butter as well as peanuts have over 30 essential nutrients and are naturally cholesterol-free.
