My son and I just finished coloring eggs for Easter so I thought I would tell you something you may not know about them (I just found this out as well!). Eggs are one of nature's most perfect foods because the only vitamin you won't find in them is Vitamin C. They are also full of protein. As your eggs cook, the protein molecules in them unfold and when they bump into other molecules, they stick together. The hotter your egg becomes, the more the proteins stick together. So make yourself an egg for breakfast! It's good for you!!
