Carrots have one of the highest content of beta carotene (Vitamin A) of all the vegetables.  It also contains more sugar than any other vegetable with the exception of beets.

Carrots can actually enhance the quality of breast milk.

They can improve the appearance of your hair, skin and nails. 

When eaten daily carrots can also lower cholesterol and blood pressure. 

Carrots can even help improve eye health.

Carrots can regulate blood sugar. 

Because they are rich in fiber, carrots can also promote colon health.
