Blueberries are known as the "super fruit" because they have the highest antioxidant level than any other fresh fruit.  Here are other things that a simple blueberry can do:

*Tests have shown they can help prevent vision loss.

*They help promote brain health.   

*They can help cure heart disease and well as strengthen the heart muscles.

*They can aid in digestion.

*They slow down the process of aging. 

*They are also good antidepressants.

*They boost your immunity. 

*They help prevent and cure cancer.

As you can see, there are many reasons to snack on blueberries.  Plus, they taste sooo good!!
