Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I made this for dinner last night and it was very good.  I love the gravy!  Maybe you will like to try it too!

3 to 3 1/2 pound chuck roast
3 to 4 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
4 potatoes cut into chunks
3/4 cup water
5 Tablespoons dried minced onions
6 beef bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon onion salt
3/8 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons flour
1/4 cup water

Place vegetables in slow cooker.  Put roast on top.  Boil 3/4 cup water.  In small bowl, mix dried onions, bouillon cubes, onion salt and pepper.  Pour water over onion mixture and stir until bouilion cubes are dissolved.  Pour over meat and vegetables.  Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.

Remove meat and vegetables from slow cooker and keep warm.  Pour gravy in small pan.  Mix flour with 1/4 cup water.  Stir into gravy.  Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.  Turn heat to low and boil for 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened.  Pour over meat and vegetables.
