Blueberry Crisp

Do you need an idea for a quick dessert?  Well, here is a solution to that question.  Feel free to add some chopped nuts to your topping to give it an extra crunch.  It is also a wonderful way to celebrate National Blueberry Month which just happens to be the month of July!

Blueberry Crisp
21 oz. can blueberry pie filling
6 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.


Spread pie filling in a 11 x 7" pan.


Using pastry cutter, blend rest of ingredients until they resemble coarse crumbs.


Sprinkle on top of filling.

Bake for 20 minutes.
