Cherry Tomato Penne

Is your garden overflowing with cherry tomatoes?  If that is the case, here is a recipe that uses a lot of them up.  It's simple and delicious too!

Cherry Tomato Penne

2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
80 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 Tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
16 ounces penne pasta, cooked
Parmesan cheese

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.  Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.   Add tomatoes and seasonings.  Cook on high heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.  Serve over pasta.  Sprinkle with Parmesan.
