Monday was Passover so we celebrated with a typical dinner and Sunday is Easter so we'll have the traditional ham dinner. Are you celebrating? What are your dinner plans?
*Briskett, chicken soup with matzoh balls, mashed potatoes, orange-glazed carrots, charoses, horseradish, hard boiled eggs, matzoh, and coconut almond macaroons for dessert
*Tomato-Topped Cod, hashbrown potatoes, green pepper slices, grapes
*Leftovers
*Veggie-Topped Spuds, matzoh, cantaloupe
*Microwaveable Macaroni & Cheese, Spring Salad, blackberries
*Leftovers (had a luncheon yesterday so had plenty of extra food to eat up!)
*Ham, Scalloped Potatoes, green beans, colored Easter eggs, fruit salad, and No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake Pie for dessert
