Meatballs with Mushroom Gravy
16 ounces frozen meatballs
8 ounces of mushrooms
12 ounce jar of beef gravy
Packet of dried onion soup
1 cup water
3-4 cups of cooked noodles
Put meatballs in slow cooker. Slice mushrooms and put over top. In small bowl, mix gravy, onion soup and water. Pour over mixture in slow cooker. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Pour over noodles.
Note: I actually used homemade gravy this time (I had some leftover in my freezer). If you do this, you will need about 1 1/2 cups and only use 3/4 cup water. I used fresh mushrooms but you can also use canned.
