Parmesan-Topped Potatoes

These are quick, easy and delicious!  Try them and tell me what you think!
Parmesan-Topped Potatoes

Parmesan-Topped Potatoes

3 medium potatoes, unpeeled
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Spray casserole dish with oil spray.  Cut each potato, lengthwise, into 8 wedges.  Place in casserole dish.  In small bowl, mix rest of ingredients except for Parmesan.  Drizzle over potatoes.  Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes.  Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes, or until fork-tender.
