Health and Fitness

Because of their rich orange color, we know that pumpkins contain beta carotene which has shown to help reduce the development of certain types of cancers.

Because they are a great source of  potassium, they can help lower the risk of hypertension.

Because pumpkins contain zinc, eating them may be a major boost to your immune system as well as aid in bone density support.

Because they have lots of fiber, pumpkins may prevent heart disease and other health issues.

Because pumpkins have lots of Vitamin C and Vitamin A, they may help with the anti-aging process.

Because they have high amounts of Lutein and Zeaxanthin, pumpkins may help to protect the eyes against  the forming of cataracts and decrease the risk of macular degeneration.
