Health and Fitness

In a previous post, I mentioned how healthy eating pumpkin is (see details here).  But did you know that the seeds are also good for you?  They have lots of minerals and also contain fiber (1.5 grams per one-fourth cup).  They may also aid in helping to prevent prostate cancer, osteoporosis and inflammation.  So, don't throw away the seeds. . . roast them for a healthy snack.
