I don't know about you, but in the summer I don't care to eat very big meals. I also don't want to spend all my time in the kitchen -- I'd rather be outside in the sunshine! For these reasons, most of my meals this week are lighter fare as well as being fairly quick to prepare.

*Baked Whitefish, Microwave Potatoes, Broccoli (our first garden produce!) Peaches
*Chicken Teriyaki, Rice, Carrots, Blueberries
