What's For Dinner

How was your weekend?  Hope it was fun and restful!  Yesterday I pretty much spent the day in the kitchen making eggplant parmesan (froze for later use), pizza sauce (also froze), salsa and blanched my green beans from the garden so we'll have them all winter long.  It's that time of year that all the hard work you put into your garden comes to fruition so that means I'm busy playing "Susie Homemaker"!

Anyways, here are my meals for the week. . .

Grilled BBQ Chicken
*Grilled BBQ Chicken, Rosemary Potatoes, Eggplant Fries, Bananas

*Leftovers (cooked a lot this weekend!)

*1-2 Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Carrots, Strawberries

*Black Bean Quesadillas, Homemade Salsa & Chips, Blueberries

*We have tickets to a baseball game so we'll be eating there!

*We'll be eating out again -- it's our annual garage sale so the tradition is to take some of our proceeds and celebrate!

*Ravioli, Garden Salad, Cantaloupe, Garlic Toast
